SourceBento collects the information you provide when you contact us, request support, or purchase a product. Our checkout provider processes payment, tax, fraud, and billing data under its own privacy terms. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How data is used

We use contact and order information to deliver purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve products. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and requests

We keep records for support, security, accounting, and legal obligations. Email privacy@sourcebento.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Self-hosted products

SourceBento products run on the buyer’s infrastructure. The buyer controls data entered into those installations; SourceBento does not receive it unless the buyer deliberately sends it during support.
