Standard license

A purchase grants one buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to modify and use the source in one production deployment for the buyer or one named client. Development and staging copies for that deployment are allowed.

Allowed

• Modify the product for the licensed deployment.
• Use the deployed end product commercially.
• Give employees and contractors access only as needed to build the licensed deployment.

Not allowed

• Resell, sublicense, publish, share, or redistribute the source.
• Place the source in a public repository.
• Turn the source or a substantially similar derivative into a competing source-code product.

Other rights

Contact sales@sourcebento.com for multi-deployment, SaaS, redistribution, or extended support rights. Third-party packages retain their own licenses.

Warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SourceBento’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
